As we live longer and healthier for longer, we need to keep ourselves busy... the diary is pretty full.
“So many people spend their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health.” Leave all the afternoon for exercise and recreation, which are as necessary as reading. I will rather say more necessary because health is worth more than learning.
 Energy and persistence conquer all things. To keep the body in good health is a duty… otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear
